We currently ship across India.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
3. Shipping Time
Estimated Delivery Time 3–7 business days.
Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as customs delays or postal disruptions.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if any, will be displayed at checkout before payment. We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on our website.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You can track your order using the link provided in the confirmation email.
6. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) on select orders and locations.
7. Delayed or Lost Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us.
For lost parcels confirmed by the carrier, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
8. Delivery Issues
Please ensure your shipping address is correct.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
We are not responsible for:
- Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error
- Unclaimed parcels or missed deliveries after two delivery attempts.
