Refund policy

At Haem Honey, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in the quality of our natural honey and related products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


1. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase or before the item is shipped, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at haemhoney@gmail.com with your order number.
After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may, however, be eligible to request a return under our refund policy below.

2. Returns

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns unless:
The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
To be eligible for a return or replacement, please email us at haemhoney@gmail.com with the following:
Your order number
A clear photo of the product and packaging
A brief description of the issue
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will issue a replacement or full refund to your original payment method, depending on the situation.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
Orders cancelled before shipment.
Damaged or defective products, where return or replacement is not feasible.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when raising a refund request.
Note: Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of approval. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.

4. Non-Refundable Items

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges in the following cases:
Products returned without prior authorization.
Orders reported more than 48 hours after delivery.
We recommend reviewing product descriptions carefully before placing an order, as we do not accept change-of-mind returns once the order is shipped.
Opened or partially used products.

5. Shipping Costs

If your item is approved for return due to our error (e.g., damaged or incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping costs. For any other return scenario, shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
